FAQs
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT ON WHO CAN RECEIVE TOYS?
LEO Santa primarily serves children from infancy through 5th grade (12 years old) as part of our Santa's Heroes program. Children served through the Reignite Hope program are connected to us through referrals of the responding Fire Departments.
How/Where can I donate toys?
Every year, our toy donation locations are updated with businesses, churches, and neighborhoods that are participating as toy collection sites. The 2025 donation site list can be found here. You can also refer to our Facebook page on where you can donate.
When does leo santa accept toy donations?
We typically start collecting in October for Santa’s Heroes, our first responder toy drive. However, we sponsor events year-round to collect toys with local businesses. Our Reignite Hope fire displacement program serves children year-round that have experienced traumatic events with house fires.
How do i sign up my church, neighborhood, or business to be a toy collection site?

how can i volunteer my time to help leo santa?
Since we serve children, we take very seriously our efforts to ensure a protective environment and safe interaction with children. Volunteer opportunities include sorting toys at our warehouse, or becoming a toy collection site at your place of business, church, neighborhood, or Christmas party. Contact us to begin the volunteer process.
What can I expect if my business chooses to become a financial annual sponsor?
LEO Santa offers three levels of sponsorship, each providing access to our events, our social media followers, participation in toy collections/drives, and more. Visit our Sponsorship page if you are interested in learning more, or you can send an email and we will have a LEO Santa representative contact you.
